Studioamano offer an FF&E Consultancy Service. FF&E refers to the procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Furniture, fixtures and equipment includes:

Movable furniture, shelving, bookcases, desks, chairs, computers, electronic equipment, loose decorative lighting, tables, office and/or modular partitions and appliances.

FF&E items can be procured separately to the main construction contract, or elements of them, particularly by clients that already have systems in place for procuring fixed and loose furniture, fittings and equipment.

We procure FF&E from our specialist suppliers, or from suppliers with whom the client already has a long term relationship.

We carefully manage the FF&E inventory and logistical planning to ensure items are available on-site at the right time.

Wherever possible, we are able to procure the furniture and equipment to be used directly from a manufacturer, rather than involving a dealer or supplier because of our specific knowledge of the sector and current trends and solutions.

In managing the procurement of FF&E, we take on the coordination with the design team and external vendors.

Our service includes:

1. Programming and planning

2. Sourcing

3. Product procurement

4. Order expediting and tracking

5. Arrangement of an external storage facility if required

6. Coordination of installation, product acceptance and close-out
